Email settings

Our email accounts can be set up automatically or manually in all common email clients.

Automatic setup

Most email programs detect the settings automatically. Simply enter your email address and password.

If automatic setup does not work, please use the manual settings below.

Manual email settings

Incoming server (IMAP)

• Server: mail.aignerelektronik.at
• Port: 993
• Encryption: SSL / TLS
• Username: your full email address
• Password: your email password

Outgoing server (SMTP)

• Server: mail.aignerelektronik.at
• Port: 465
• Encryption: SSL / TLS
• Username: your full email address
• Password: your email password

Important note

Please always use your full email address as username (e.g. info@yourdomain.com).

Supported clients

These settings work with, among others:

• Thunderbird
• Microsoft Outlook
• Apple Mail (macOS / iPhone / iPad)
• Android email apps

Security & standards

Our email services use encrypted connections only and comply with current internet standards, including:

• RFC 8314 – secure email configuration (TLS-only)
• RFC 8461 – MTA‑STS (enforced TLS delivery)
• RFC 8460 – TLS transport reports (TLSRPT)
• RFC 7208 – SPF
• RFC 6376 – DKIM
• RFC 7489 – DMARC

This ensures long-term security, privacy, and deliverability.
